How we use information

Our optional SMS program covers inquiry replies, purchase follow-ups, project intake, and service updates. Submitting an inquiry, providing a phone number, or making a purchase does not automatically enroll you in text messages. The SMS checkbox does not authorize promotional texts.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for website hosting, customer management and messaging, project forms, payment processing, and creative production. These include HighLevel/LeadConnector for the chat widget and messaging, Google Forms for project briefs, and the payment provider used for your purchase. Project materials may be processed by creative tools, including AI tools, to produce the services you request.

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help us deliver your requested services or text messages may process the information for that purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud or misuse.

Your SMS choices

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Use the consent choices in the chat widget to choose the messages you agree to receive. Retention, security, and requests
